PLEASE NOTE: 24HR PATCH TESTS MUST BE PERFORMED BEFORE USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS FULLY.

1. Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility
To purchase goods from skinsynergie.co.uk you must be over 18 years old to lawfully enter in to any form of contract on this site under english law. You must be 18 yrs or over. You must be the valid holder of a credit or debit card.
3. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and exclsuive of delivery charges. Please see Delivery Charges.
4. Product Description
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system; to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
5. Purchase Related Policy
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
6. Placing an Order
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. Click the submit button.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, you will also recieve a paypal confirmation with a transaction number to identify your payment.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation section of the site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions
7. Payment
All Payments are made via PayPal unless such times when we are at functions i.e. craft fairs, payments can then be made by cash.
8. Title To The Goods
Legal ownership will remain ours until full payment has been taken. When returning goods we will obtain legal ownership of the goods once a full refund has been issued.
9. Risk of Loss
Should your goods go missing in transit we will endevour to do our best and trace where it went, however in the unlikely event it is lost we will issue a full refund or replacement.

11. Acceptance of Goods
You have reasonable time (7 days) in which to inspect the goods and accept them, should you be unhappy or wish to return them for any reason please follow our returns procedure. If we do not hear from you we will assume you have accepted the goods.
12. Your Account
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date and accurate. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions .
13. Complaints and Disputes
Should you wish to complain please contact us imediately and we will endevour to do our best to take critism and act up on it.
Any disputes shall be governed by English law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. General
You agree to out Terms and Conditions by way of making a purchase. Our Terms and Conditions are here so you can understand how we trade and our obligation to you the consumer and your obligation to us the retailer.
